Arrangement of a registration date

Please take the opportunity to make an appointment for the registration week:

1. Option: Leave an appointment request using the "Appointment booking" form. _{(Attention: The appointment booking is now closed).}

2nd option: Call the secretary's office on02562/9452400 and our secretaries Ms. Kapustin and Ms. Schnitker will be happy to help you.

We will be happy to welcome you and your child at the registration appointment!

Required documents, which must be complete by the application deadline:

1. Elementary school registration form
   
2. Registration form with your details
3. Original grade 4 certificate (with a copy)
4. Birth certificate of your child (possibly with family register)
   
5. Possibly vaccination card, if this has not yet been presented at elementary school
6. Swimming pass

Registration form

Please fill out the form at home and bring it with you to the registration appointment with a member of the school management. Questions can of course be clarified during the meeting. A member of the school management can provide advice during the registration appointment; please let us know in advance if you require extensive advice so that we can take the time for you.

Would you like a translator?

If necessary, please contact the office at least one week before the registration date so that we can help you with your request for a translator.

Supplementary information

During the registration week, appointments can also take place without prior registration. Please understand that in this case waiting times for families without an appointment may be unavoidable.

If more children are registered than we are allowed to accept, there are various criteria that are taken into account in the necessary procedure.

"The criteria according to which a child is accepted are defined by law.

If the number of applications exceeds the school's admission capacity, the head teacher will first consider possible cases of hardship when deciding on admission to the school." The following criteria are then used in the selection process:

- Lottery procedure
