Internship at the FNRS

Practical phase at secondary school

Internship

The 5-week aptitude and orientation internship (EOP) serves as a mandatory practical element to provide initial insights into everyday school life. As a rule, this internship is carried out after the first semester. After a detailed initial interview with the training officer, the interns receive a timetable that allows them to observe and teach their own lessons. The intention is to provide an intensive first encounter with the school workplace, which allows an insight into all areas of a teacher's work. In addition to an interim reflection, a final interview takes place at the end of the internship.

Further internships that are desired during the course of studies or after passing the second state examination or are part of teacher training (internship at another type of school) can be carried out at the FNRS at any time by arrangement.
