Ways to complain

In every system, there are processes and situations that stand in the way of the satisfaction of all those involved in school life. A distinction must be made here between external factors (laws, decrees or people outside the school) and situations within the school. Complaints management at FNRS relates to situations within the school. In everyday school life, mistakes, carelessness or conflicts also occur, which can give rise to complaints from parents, pupils, teachers or staff. The introduction of clear and binding rules is intended to ensure that complaints are dealt with constructively and professionally. We see complaints as an indication and an impetus to clarify the matter in question so that the parties involved have a basis for further productive cooperation.
