Lifelong learning and learning to take responsibility for yourself
In our learning office hours, we offer pupils the opportunity to shape their learning process individually and to promote and challenge their skills and abilities in a targeted manner. As a rule, learners decide on their own responsibility for a focus subject or an individual learning goal, which they work on and progress at their own pace. This enables them to develop their strengths, deepen their knowledge, resolve uncertainties and repeat content. Through support in the learning office, students are motivated to reach their full potential, take responsibility for their learning success and learn successfully.
Every semester, pupils reflect on their personal learning development and set themselves goals for further work. This is supported at the pupil consultation day by a specialist discussion and a coaching discussion with teachers of the pupil's choice. The parents' consultation day takes place approximately one week later and picks up on these discussions. The individual learning office is booked by the pupils themselves.
